With a focus on placement and pattern strategies tailored to the modern stylist, J offers insights to help mentees reclaim their time behind the chair without compromising creativity or quality. This mentorship empowers stylists to work smarter, avoid burnout, and elevate their careers with confidence and precision.

• FIVE (5) applicants will be selected to learn from Joshua Ladner using his Burnout to Brilliance: Efficiency Placement & Pattern Techniques for the Modern Stylist method that has an estimated value at $2,000.

ABOUT J LADNER

J Ladner spent over 15 years as a professional hair colorist, diving deep into the industry he loves. For eight years, Ladner owned a salon, leading a team and navigating the day-to-day challenges of running a business. He is passionate about creating beautiful hair, but the stress of inefficiency was overwhelming. He knew there had to be a better way to provide high-quality service without sacrificing time, profit, or his well-being.

Ladner shifted his focus to efficiency and precision and began developing techniques and systems that allowed him to deliver the same stunning results—only faster, with less stress and more impact. The journey transformed his business, his income, and his passion for the industry. Ladner realized that the key wasn’t just working harder; it was about working smarter. He began charging what his services were worth, cut down on wasted time, and developed a structure that gave him the freedom and confidence he was missing.

Ladner became the Chief Brand Ambassador for Oligo Professionnel, where he learned the power of teaching and sharing his methods with others.
