The Bioelements Esthetics Entrepreneurial Kick Start Program launched in 2023 to support licensed estheticians/cosmetologists interested in launching a solo ESTHETICS practice, choosing to partner with Bioelements. Bioelements developed this program, administered by Beauty Changes Lives, to offer support, one-on-one mentorship, and a personalized plan for your success.
Award recipients will receive:
- A Bioelements Opening Order Plan catered to launch your start-up esthetic skin/spa business.
- A New Account Orientation & Onboarding Digital Training Class to provide you with the tools to successfully run your new business with confidence. Plus, access to online training via technical guides, videos, and invitations to educational webinars.
- A dedicated Bioelements Education + Success Manager, assigned to provide one on one personal mentoring for six (6) months. Your Success Manager will counsel and help plan your service menu, develop a promotional calendar, answer product knowledge questions, and more via three virtual meetings.
- Your business listing on the Bioelements Spa Locator.
- Valuable exposure through the industry trade press and Bioelements social media platforms.
It’s a total value of $2,000+ to jump-start an entrepreneurial esthetics career!

Applications have been extended to the Spring 2024 season - open on March 1st, and closes on May 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm PST.
Applicant Qualifications
- The applicant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and currently licensed as an esthetician or cosmetologist in the U.S.
- Applicant must be opening a NEW ESTHETIC skin/spa business within the next six (6) months after receiving the award. (This award is not open to those who currently own an esthetics spa business and carry a different skin care line.) No later than September 8, 2024.
- Applicant must show proof of lease agreement upon chosen as a recipient.
Applicant required to upload the following to be eligible:
- A copy of their current esthetics or cosmetology license.
- A copy of their Driver’s license/state ID/passport.
Application Requirements
- Complete online application and upload required documentation per the award requirements.
- Submit a 5-minute maximum, YouTube video with a public link answering the following questions:
- When did you first realize you had a passion for esthetics? Please describe that moment.
- Why do you want to be your own boss?
- Please explain your skincare/spa business philosophy or planned mission statement?
- Describe how the assistance will benefit you, your new business, and your future goals?
- How will you set your business apart from others in your market? How will yours be different?
